The FlowOne (FO) flow measurer is a machine developed for the continuous dosing of granular products and can be easily installed in multiple industrial environments thanks to its versatility, robustness and ease of use. The small size allows installation in tight spaces while cleaning and maintenance are facilitated thanks to a dedicated door.
Calibration can be easily performed through simple guided steps and a dedicated sample weight. The machine works without compress air.
In the event of a fault (or power failure), the doser can be controlled completely manually.
The control panel is the result of many years of experience, and is designed and built with components from leading brands to work even in difficult environments (IP65).
The FO doser allows interfacing with digital and analogue remote controls and offers MODBUS TCP and PROFINET connections. Thanks to these features, the FO doser can be completely controlled both from the local display and in remote mode.
