The Batch Scale ScaleOne (SO) was developed for production processes that require high precision in flow control. Thanks to its technology, it can be used both as a flow regulation tool and as a control and totalization tool. It can be used with both granular and powdery materials. It is typically used as feeder for first break passage or as yield-control-scale for flour and bran. However, various other applications are possible.
SO is composed of a feeding unit, designed with an innovative suction management system, and a weighing container supported by 3 load cells that guarantee accuracy and stability. Caused by the special suction management, blow-through-valves can be placed directly under the scale.
Both the feeding unit and the weighing container are equipped with special doors for cleaning and maintenance. SO can be equipped with various types of inlet- and outlethoppers (both standard and custom-designed) and other accessories. Hoppers are always equipped with integrated product sensors to avoid overfilling of the machine.
The control panel is the result of many years of experience, and is designed and manufactured with components from leading brands to work even in difficult environments (IP65).
SO allows interfacing with digital and analogue remote controls and offers MODBUS TCP and PROFINET connections. Thanks to these features, SO is completely controllable both from the local display and remotely. In combination with a yield calculator (on request), the batch scales form an ideal yield control.
