The WeightOne (WO) scale is ideal for controlling or monitoring processes with high throughput while maintaining high precision. The parallel weighing system with double hoppers makes it possible to achieve high throughput rates in a small space. WO can be used with both granular and powdered products. The machine is typically used as a receiving or loading scale.
The weighing hoppers are placed on 4 weighing modules each to optimize accuracy. The entire machine is equipped with removable doors for cleaning and maintenance.
WO can be supplemented with different types of hoppers (both standard and customized) and other accessories
The control panel is the result of many years of experience, and is designed and manufactured with components from leading brands to work even in difficult environments (IP65).
WO allows interfacing with digital and analogue remote controls and offers MODBUS TCP and PROFINET connections. Thanks to these features, WO is fully controllable both from the local display and remotely.
