The Automatic Moistrue Control Moisture One (MO) is designed for the analysis and continuous correction of cereal moisture content. It offers extremely high precision, thanks to its microwave sensor technology and advanced management software.
Thanks to its integrated buffer, Moisture One can also be installed in a downstream of machines with high flow fluctuations, such as optical sorters. It automatically modulates the flow and optimizes the moisture reading. Through the sophisticated control algorithm, the system achieves exceptional accuracy and repeatability, even when processing different types of products. The possibility of creating specific recipes further enhances measurement accuracy and consistency.
Moisture One maintains the desired moisture value constant by self-calibrating according to environmental and climatic conditions, independently controlling the water control unit (not included).
The control panel is the result of many years of experience, and is designed and manufactured with components from leading brands to work even in difficult environments (IP65).
MO allows interfacing with digital and analogue remote controls and offers MODBUS TCP and PROFINET connections. Thanks to these features, MO is fully controllable both from the local display and remotely.
